The mBot is a robotics kit designed by Makeblock. The microcontroller is on a board based on Arduino but modified to make it easier to build and attach sensors with RJ25 adapters.
The mBot can be programmed either on a desktop or a tablet using a block based programming language. This makes the mBot one of the easiest robotic kits for kids.
My family and I have been playing with our mBot for months. I have a few of the expansions and will be posting about some of our favorite projects.
